Extruder used bearing types

Rolling extruder there are two main categories: - species are subjected to an axial force of the screw thrust bearing; the other is to support the drive shaft is rotated to withstand radial forces mainly deep groove bearings. Extruder reduction gear and more generally with the deep groove ball bearing. Such bearings can operate at higher speeds, the easy lubrication, but also bear certain axial load. For supporting the screw rotates with the drive shaft, usually used tapered roller bearings and thrust ball bearings. These bearings can withstand greater axial load, and one way to limit the axial displacement of the drive shaft.
